The incubation period for the Coronavirus disease is around 7 to 12 days.

So it can take you from 7 to 12 days after being infected by the coronavirus disease to actually become sick and feel the symptoms of the coronavirus disease.

There's not much a doctor or hospital can do for people who do get coronavirus disease but if you think you have it you should get tested for the Coronavirus disease and if you have trouble breathing then call 911 for help.

The length of time that the coronavirus lasts on surfaces is between a few hours to a few days.

If the surface is a hard surface then the coronavirus can live as long as 4 to 7 days if the hard surface is not wiped down to prevent the spread of the virus.

If the surface is a porous surface such as cushions, upholstery, clothing, car seats etc then the coronavirus can only live for a few hours at most.

You should still wash clothing and use an upholstery cleaner with some vinegar or other disinfectant to help kill the virus just in case it's there.

If you've had the coronavirus or anyone else has had it then you need to wash the pillow cases, pillows and other bedding.

Disinfect anything that the person has touched and disinfect every surface you can just in case.

Hopefully you never contract the coronavirus disease but if you do contract the coronavirus disease then you should isolate yourself away from others to prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease.

When you have the coronavirus disease you should stay in isolation and preferably alone without being around family or friends for around 14 days or even a bit longer.

As soon as you're recovered from the coronavirus disease then you can come out of isolation.

For now I'm not required to isolate myself and I do not have the coronavirus disease and I hope I never do get it.

However I'm staying at home mostly until at least the middle of April.

I have enough supplies and food etc to last me and I work from home anyway blogging.

I can order more stuff I need if I need it as well.

It's just not worth going out into public right now until the virus is over with.

I do go outside in my yard but I do avoid other people.

Coronavirus is a really serious thing, and the doctors are very vulnerable... I think that the most important thing is that they have good protective gear and uniforms. Like those Dickies medical uniforms, for example. It is good that they are comfortable to wear and very sturdy
