As long as the police do not have a warrant to be on your property then yes you can tell the cops to get off your property.

If they do not comply then they can be sued and if they damage any of your property and they do not have a warrant to be on your property then you can also sue them for damages.

There have been some cops who have entered property and damaged it and then they were sued in a court and they had to pay back the owner of the property more than the damages on the property.

Police cannot just do whatever they want to do even though cops try to tell you they can.

Police are trained to lie to you to get you to comply with them even when they cannot actually enforce the law they say they can.

For example when a cop says you cannot film them or they will arrest you then that arrest will not hold up in court and you can sue for false arrest.

Or if you are just walking and have not committed a crime and they ask for ID then you do not have to show it and if they threaten you with arrest for not ID yourself then get the supervisor out.

Because you do not have to ID yourself to a police officer unless you're driving or have committed a crime.
