Yes you can smell a fart in space and when you fart in a space suit then the smell of the fart for yourself will be horrible.
And even in a spacecraft the smell still would be awful and a fart usually smells worse when you're in space than it does down on earth.
When you're on earth the smell of a fart usually quickly dissipates but when in space the smell of the fart can linger much longer so you'll continue to smell it.
Also if you're in a space suit and fart you'll likely want out of that space suit quickly and if you're outside the spacecraft then you won't be able to get out of the suit.
So your farts can be horrible when in space.
