Yes Jehovah's Witnesses are really soliciting.
Jehovah's Witnesses believe they are not soliciting because they say they are not selling anything which is true in some ways.
But in reality I do believe that the Jehovah's Witnesses are soliciting because they are trying to sell you in a way to their religion.
They are not asking for money to become a member of their religion but they are trying to sell you into their religion.
I'm not religious anyway and have no religious beliefs so I told them to never come back and if they did I would call the police.
They never did come back.
