If you come up against a Wolf do not run away but instead keep eye contact and then back away from the wolf slowly and then get into a safe place such as your house, car etc.
If you have too and the wolf is becoming a danger call 911 for help if the wolf won't go away and you don't have a gun or anyway to protect yourself.
If you're trying to simply scare the wolf away try throwing rocks at the wolf, shout at it or if you have too shoot at the wolf even if you don't want to shoot it directly.
If you have a gun and shoot towards the wolf the wolf will usually just run away.
Most wolves however will not harm you as long as you treat them good and don't try to harm them.
I've come up against wolves and some wolves even came up to me and just wanted to have some love and petting.
So don't always be afraid of wolves because although some wolves may harm you not all will.
