Can the post office cash a money order?

I have a USPS money order but I don't have a bank account right now and can't seem to get the money order cashed.

If I take the USPS money order to the post office will the USPS post office be able to cash the money order for me?

Kind of ironic but no post office I've ever went to would cash their own money order.

You'll probably just have to get a checking account to be able to cash or deposit the money order.
