A criminal status docket or just docket in court means that the case is in a queue that will eventually be sent to court for a hearing.

When something goes on a court docket that means that the case is coming up for a court date and a court date has been set for a hearing.

The criminal status docket is basically just the queue in which all the cases in a particular court sit until ready for trial.

There will be a docket number which refers to the case.

If there is a case and a court docket then a court hearing or trial will happen to find out if the person is guilty or not.
