The best times that I've found to post on social media and get traffic to a website are.

Between 12:00 AM - 4:00 AM

At 12:00 PM when people are usually on lunch break and check social media.

Those are the best times I found my social media posts get the most attention.

But it's okay to post on social media at other times as well.

The best time to post can vary depending on the platform and your audience. For example, on TikTok, it's usually a good idea to post in the late afternoon or early evening when people are done with work or school and ready to relax. That's the time when you get the most TikTok video shares ( https://iamat.com/buy-tiktok-shares/ ). But hey, don't be afraid to experiment and find what works best for you. There's no one-size-fits-all answer, so try different posting times and see what gets the most engagement.

Does anyone really care that much that they time their content to post? I'm not a blogger, so for me social media is just fun. To avoid losing some of my favorite videos, I decided to use 1tiktokdownloader to download them in great quality without logos or watermarks. I'm very happy with the original videos I have now.

Think about it this way:
When people wake up, the first thing they usually do before brushing their teeth and going to the toilet is scrolling social media.
During the lunch break, everyone, no matter how strict the about using personal phones is, everyone checks their messages, and after work hours.

I usually find that early mornings (like around 7-9 AM) work well for me because people are just starting their day, scrolling while having coffee, or checking their phones during a commute. Lunchtime is another solid window, like you said. But honestly, consistency and knowing your audience matter just as much as timing.
If you're not sure when's the best time for your specific audience, sometimes it’s worth getting help from a social media agency to analyze your posts and figure out when your followers are most active.
