I've never heard of any LED light bulbs exploding if left on too long.

I have an LED light bulb in my Kitchen that I've left on for 3 years straight now so that I can see to go to the toilet at night because I have to go from my bedroom and into my kitchen to get to the bathroom in my house.

Never once has that same LED bulb exploded so you shouldn't have to worry about any LED bulb exploding as they produce less heat than a regular old light bulb with the element in it.

LED light bulbs have a heat sink and a circuit board inside them with a capacitor inside them that allow the voltage to be dropped down to the small tiny lights that make the light from the LED light bulb.

There's really no way that the LED light bulb itself could explode but the tiny capacitor can explode or pop but it would not cause any damage to the house or a person if if did because the LED light capacitor is inside the base of the LED light bulb.
