I've had some lawyers take payment plans while other lawyers wanted to be paid in full and in those cases I would have to get a loan to pay the lawyer their fees.

Some lawyers will allow you a payment plan with part of the money up front and then some will go to court with you or for you and you don't have to pay them unless they win.

If you need a lawyer you should look around and review those lawyers to make sure they are a good lawyer and if you keep calling around or looking around online for a lawyer you are bound to find at least one lawyer that will work with you on a payment plan.

I've had one lawyer that took $2,000.00 as a down payment and then if we won the case I could make payments of $250.00 to $300.00 per month or more if I had it.

If you can't find a lawyer who will allow payment plans then try to get a personal loan to pay the lawyer or look for law schools who may have a good enough lawyer studying law that can help you in court.
