Prostate surgery does usually cause some temporary incontinence so it may be a good idea to wear some adult diapers for at least a few months or so until the urinary incontinence stops.

However you can also use pads, condom catheters etc to catch the urine but I would probably go for the adult diaper instead of the pads or catheters.

The pads may leak and the condom catheter is likely not all that comfortable and the diaper would be easier to deal with than the catheters.

Some men do wear adult diapers after the prostate surgery and usually within a few months the urinary incontinence is gone or at least nearly gone and they no longer need to wear adult diapers.

Sometimes the urinary incontinence may last as long as 18 months but that is rare.

So if you prefer to wear adult diapers after the prostate surgery you can but of course you're not required too but the diapers would be better than having your pants wet.

Nobody can tell you're wearing diapers anyway and I can't even tell when a toddler is wearing a diaper unless they bend over and their shirt rides up.

Most people though including myself are not looking to see if someone is wearing a diaper and nobody is gonna say anything to you about it anyway.
