If a police officer in Ohio pulls you over and has reasonable suspicion that you may be intoxicated and you refuse to take any of the tests including the breathalyzer test in Ohio then you'll be placed under arrest and taken to jail.

Then at the jail they will try to get you to take the breathalyzer test or they will have you do a blood test.

If you refuse the blood test at the jail then the jail will get a warrant signed by a judge to be able to legally take your blood through a blood test.

They can then strap you to a chair and hold you down and take your blood without your permission.

If you're not intoxicated then the best thing you can do is to just take the breathalyzer test and be done with it.

The police will get your results of the intoxication whether you refuse or not so just take the breathalyzer test and it will go easier on you.
