Paypal Holding My Money From Ebay Sale

Question

I sold something on E Bay for $300.00 yesterday. I was paid quickly from the buyer but now Paypal is holding my money ransom until the package arrives at the buyers place.

I hate to send the package and then the buyer claim that I didn't send it and then keep the item and then the buyer request his money back.

Should I refund the buyer there money?

They do that to protect both account. If everything is okay. You'll get your money.
