English Mastiffs do shed a lot and shed heavily so you need to groom and brush the English Mastiff dogs coat often to keep the hair from shedding everywhere.

There coat is very easy to take care of but be prepared to clean up a lot of hair from the English Mastiff if you have it in your house.

That is unless you make sure to brush their hair or fur often enough to remove lose fur before it gets onto furniture, clothes etc.

English Mastiff dogs are also prone to drooling a lot so be prepared for lots of drool.

English Mastiff dogs have loose, pendulous lips which is one of the reasons that makes them more prone to drooling a lot more than other dogs.

Any dog that has loose pendulous lips will be more likely to drool more than other dogs so if you do get an English Mastiff dog breed or any other dog breed that is like that then be prepared to deal with cleaning up drool.

The English Mastiff dog is a great friendly dog breed but they do make a mess with their drool but you have to love dogs to love their drool as well.

Take good care of the dog and he'll love you and take care of you as well.
