Some attorneys may work with you to negotiate the billing of their services but not that actual attorney fees.

Attorneys would rather not take your case and not earn any money rather than taking a case and then earning less in fees.

The attorney may allow you to negotiate the billing structure or allow you to pay them by the job instead of hourly if you can pay them the money in full.

You may be able to get the attorney to bill you up to a certain amount at an hourly rate though for the services they provide to you.

If you cannot pay an attorney in full you may need to get a loan or work out a payment arrangement with the attorney as some will and some won't.

Just ask around for a good attorney that might help you out by working out payment arrangements and if the case is good enough for them they will likely work with you on the payment plan.
