The oldest and still living Baobab tree in the world is located in South Africa and that oldest baobab tree in the world is the Sunland Baobab tree.

The oldest living Sunland Baobab is a well known enormous baobab that is located in South Africa.

The Sunland Baobab tree is located on the Sunland Farm that is located near Modjadjiskloof, Limpopo Province.

In a study the tree was carbon dated and was found to be an estimated 1,060 years old which is pretty darn old for a tree.

But then again another study said it could be over 6,000 years old which is also very old and a very long time.

There might be some other longer living trees of different species out there but so far that is the oldest living baobab tree in the world.

I wish I could go see it in person someday when I have time to take a vacation.

The date that the sunland baobab tree was seeded was the year 950AD which was quite a long time ago.
