Unless you have a liquor license and a brewery license then no you cannot legally sell beer from your home or sell the home brewed beer you make.
Of course I've known a guy who's dead now that I used to buy some of his home brewed beer from him because it was cheaper to buy and he brewed a wonderful tasting beer.
I never let anyone know about it and although it was illegal for him to be selling the home brewed beer he never got into trouble.
You can't advertise the home brewed beer for sale though because the authorities would find out about it and you'd get fined or even face possible jail time.
But if you just sell your home brewed beer to a few friends then nothing bad will likely happen.
