The bottled water you buy in stores is really no different than the water that comes directly out of your tap at home.
Bottled water is bottled in factories that mostly use city tap water that comes into the factory from a water meter and from a city water source.
The bottled water is then filtered and some nutrients are even removed from the water before it's bottled and about the only good thing about bottled water is that it usually contains no chlorine or at least no chlorine taste like the water that comes out of your tap.
A few bottled water factories pull the water from a privately owned water well that doesn't have the chlorine added to it like city water does.
Other than that bottled water is not that much better for you than your tap water that you can get much cheaper from your faucet.
There's also the potential of the chemicals in the plastic of the bottled water leeching out into the water which could be harmful to your health.
But many people do drink bottled water without any health issues and water even when bottled is healthy for you and water is essential to proper hydration and for optimal health.
I only buy bottled water in moderation and mostly drink tap water from my faucet.
The plastic bottles are also not good for the environment and many of those water bottles end up in the landfill where it will take forever to break down if they ever do.
The plastic bottles are also made from oil which is what we use for our cars and heating houses and making gasoline as well so the water bottles being manufactured depletes that oil source that we can not get back for millions of years.
