A game warden actually does need a warrant to come onto your property to enforce any laws on your property.

So for example if you're fishing on your own private land and a game warden sees you fishing on your private land the game warden cannot come onto your land to check for a fishing license.

I had one game warden do that to me when I had no license and was fishing on private land I owned and he cited me for the no fishing license.

I took him to court and fought the ticket and the judge threw the case out because the game warden didn't have a warrant to enter my private property.

You can fish on your private land without a license and the game warden cannot enter your property without a warrant.

Game wardens must follow the laws that cops follow and cannot just do whatever they want too even though they say they can.

If the game warden sees you doing something illegal such as with Wildlife on your property then they can get a warrant and then come onto the property.

But without that warrant that protects your rights the game warden cannot just enter private property.
