Unless the passenger in the vehicle is suspected of committing a crime or about to commit a crime then no the passenger is not require to show ID to the police during a traffic stop.

As a non driver you are not even required to have or carry ID with you so you don't have to show ID to the police.

However the driver must show their drivers license to the police when they are pulled over during a traffic stop and if the driver refuses to show drivers license they will be arrested.

However if the passenger is threatened with arrest for no ID or failure to show ID to the police then you should ask for the supervisor and if they do arrest you for not showing ID then you have grounds to sue the police department and the police officer for wrongful arrest.
