No Juveniles do not have the right to bail out of Juvenile Detention nor can they bail out of Juvenile Detention or have their parents bail them out of Juvenile Detention.

So if you're a Juvenile and get arrested and go to Juvenile Detention then you will stay in the Juvenile Detention until the judge gets to your case which can be a few days to a few months or even 6 months to a year.

No one can bail the Juvenile out of Juvenile Detention and the Juvenile will be held by the court until the judge makes a decision.

Unlike adults juveniles do not have the same rights to bail or the same rights when arrested like adults do.
