In most states Jury Duty Letters or Jury Duty Summons are sent by way of regular mail and there is no guarantee or proof of delivery of the Jury Duty letter to the person who's being required to serve on a jury.

In that case the courts cannot prove that the person got the letter so if you never respond they cannot prove you got the letter.

So they will not usually do anything to you if you do not respond to the jury duty letter.

I've gotten a jury duty letter 10 years ago and I threw it away and never responded to them at all and in those 10 years I never gotten a warrant for my arrest or got anymore letters or had any trouble come of it.

The best thing to do if you do not want to serve on the jury is to just ignore those jury duty summons because unless the court has the jury duty letter certified and you sign for it or they serve the jury duty summons by person then they cannot prove you got the letter.

Some states say that you can be arrested and charged with a crime and possibly get fined or serve 30 to 60 days in jail over not responding to Jury duty summons but in reality nothing is gonna happen as long as you keep completely quiet about the Jury Duty letter.
