If you do not have the money to pay for the ticket you got from a police officer for some violation then you can ask the judge to offer you a payment plan to be able to pay a little bit back at a time.
Some judges will work with you and set you up on a payment plan to pay the ticket off with monthly payments.
You must keep up on those monthly payments though or you could face jail time after the judge issues a warrant for your arrest.
Unpaid tickets can lead to late fees, collection agency involvement, license suspension, and even a warrant being issued for your arrest.
So never ignore the ticket and ask the judge to get you set up on a payment plan.
