Find and click on the Add + button on pinterest menu bar, next click upload a pin in the Add panel, then click the browse or choose file button, this will open up the folders on your computer, then browse your folders until you find the pictures you want to upload to pinterest and click on the picture file.
Then from there you click the button on pinterest to upload your photo.
