When all jurors cannot agree to a verdict then the jurors are called a hung jury.

When the jurors cannot agree to return a verdict and agree whether the person being tried in court is guilty or not then when they cannot agree on a verdict on one or more counts, the court may declare a mistrial on those counts.

The government and court may then retry any defendant on any count on which the Jurors could not agree.

So just because a juror doesn't agree with the other jurors it doesn't always mean that the person being tried in court will get off and not be sent to prison or be found guilty.

You may be going to court again and have another set of jurors who may actually agree.
