Can eating ice make you lose weight?

You can lose a bit of weight by sucking on ice or eating ice because it requires your body to burn off calories to melt the ice into water form in your mouth or body.

So as the ice melts in your mouth you burn off some calories and the ice keeps you hydrated as well.

However eating ice alone won't cause you to lose a lot of weight but it certainly can help while you exercise and change your diet.

Just watch your calorie intake and eat the ice and also start walking, jogging running etc and you'll lose much more weight and faster as well.

Eating cabbage soup is also another great option when losing weight as the cabbage soup is low in calories and keeps you feeling full.

Plus the cabbage is very healthy for you as well.

I do not know anything about this method...But there are many modern, proven ways to lose weight. You can find information about this in internet. It can be diets, sport. But I prefer to do it extra with HCG Drops. It can helps to do process of loosing weight faster. I learned about it by accident reading it on http://purehcgdietdrops.reviews . I can say that it is really not bad addition for standard diet.​
