Bed Bugs usually do not go into closets nor get onto hanging clothes since bed bugs mostly stay near beds and the floor.
So it's unlikely that your hanging clothes have bed bugs in them but if you've had those clothes near your bed and had or have a bed bug infestation then it would be a good idea to wash those hanging clothes.
But if the hanging clothes never touched the bed or floor then those clothes are probably not infested with any bed bugs.
But you can check them and wash them just to be sure the bed bugs are not in them.
