If you're suffering from harassment in your workplace due to a coworker or your boss or manager or anyone else in your workplace harassing you sexually or otherwise then yes you can sue that person in court for the workplace harassment.

Even if your boss is the one harassing you especially if your boss is sexually harassing you then you should try to find another job and then after you find a new job go and sue your boss over the sexual harassment.

Sexual Harassment lawsuits can award you some good amount of money and if your boss or anyone else is sexually harassing you then you shouldn't let them get away with it.

I would certainly sue anyone in my workplace including my boss if they were sexually harassing me.

Other harassment I might just let it go and work somewhere else but sexual harassment would get a lawsuit from me.
