Can I legally keep code enforcement off my property?

If the code enforcement officer does not have a warrant to come onto your property or enter your home then yes you can legally keep the code enforcement off your property.

If the code enforcement comes onto your property without a warrant and you do not want the code enforcement on your property you can request them nicely to leave and if they do no leave you can call the actual law enforcement on the code enforcement and have them removed from the property and trespassed from the property.

I had a code enforcement office removed from my property before and he was advised of criminal trespass since he did not have a warrant.
