Mobile homes usually have smaller size of studs in the interior walls than regular site built homes but sometimes they may have the same size of 2x4 studs.
Either way you can still mount a TV on the wall in the mobile home as I did it myself.
LED TV's are pretty light even the larger ones so they can safely mounted to the wall of a mobile or manufactured home as long as you drill into the wall studs then the TV can safely be mounted on the mobile home wall.
Just make sure you know where the electrical wires are behind the wall so you don't damage the electrical wire or get shocked.
