You can be of any age to own a stun gun or Taser and keep it in your home.
But if you want to purchase and carry a stun gun Taser outside your home and in public places then you must be at least 18 years old or older to carry the Taser or Stun Gun on your person.
If caught with a Taser in public when you're under 18 you might get the Taser confiscated and get a fine and have to appear in court.
You can only use the Taser if absolutely needed to protect yourself because misuse could get you into trouble.
