Audiobooks don't use all that much data when downloading them.
Most 1 hour long audiobooks use at most 30 MB of data when you download them so you could download around 35 audiobooks on a 1 GB data plan before running out of data.
So that means that you can download between 33 to 35 hours of audiobooks on 1 GB of data which is pretty good.
