Getting pregnant requires a mans sperm to enter the woman's vagina and that sperm has to fertilize with the woman's egg.
There's no way to get sperm into a woman's vagina by kissing with a tongue so no you cannot get pregnant through kissing with or without the tongue.
The only way you can get pregnant is to have sperm go into a woman's vagina.
