I'm trying to decide between Hostgator and Ipage for hosting a wordpress blog?
Which is better web host to host a wordpress blog with?

Hostgator and Ipage are the same now. They're both owned by the same company so neither one of them is better than the other.

Last time I used them I never did have any trouble with any of them.
