Technically at 18 your child is considered a legal adult and can legally be kicked out of the house because you're no longer responsible for the kids welfare since they're now an adult at 18 and can make there own decisions.
Still I would never kick my child out at 18 or any age just because I'm no longer responsible for them but if they were being bad or disrespectful then yes I would kick them out once they turned 18.
