5G is fast enough for home internet for most people, although for some people that do a lot of heavy downloads or heavy uploads or have several devices connected, then fiber would often be much better.
But for the casual user and most people, the 5G internet should be just fine.
I have straight talk 5G home internet and I get around 100 Mbps down and 100 Mbps upload although it can sometimes get faster.
