You can use force to remove or evict a trespasser from your land but you must first ask the person to leave the property and then if the person doesn't leave the property you can use reasonable force to remove the person from your land.
It's best though to call of the police department and have the person removed by the police as the police will advise them of criminal trespass and then if they return they'll have a document of that criminal trespass and then they'll arrest and charge the person with criminal trespass.
You cannot use anymore force than necessary and you should avoid harming the person when you're removing them from your land.
