If you own the property free and clear and the property or anything you damage during a fight etc is 100% yours then no you cannot be charged for destruction of your own property.
But I have known a few people actually get arrested after damaging their own property but then got the case thrown out during court.
The cops should've never arrested the people because they only destroyed their own property during a fight and not someone else's property.
The disorderly conduct charge was all they should've been charged with but the judge dropped both charges and they were free to go and got their bail money back.
So although you shouldn't be charged with damaging your own property be aware that some stupid cop may decide to arrest you and charge you with it but you can easily get it dropped in court if you can prove the property you damaged was your own property.
