If the destruction of property happens to be your first offense and you damaged property of $200.00 in value or less then you may only be fined up to the value of the property or even higher in some cases.
Some fines can be as high as $2,000.00 for destruction of a persons property.
If it's your second offense and you damage more than $200.00 worth of a persons property then you will likely get up to a year in jail and $2,000.00 fine.
