My led television will not turn back on?
My led television that is 6 years old will not turn back on.

It was working fine an hour ago. I turned it off because I had to go to the store and then when I got back home it would not turn back on.

I checked the plug and it has power and the red power light is on so the tv is getting electrical power but the led tv won't come on?

When led tv's won't turn back on it's most likely due to a bad power capacitor which can be replaced if you know what you're doing.

If you don't know what you're doing then you'll have to send it off for repairs. I recommend just getting a new tv if possible.

At 6 years old I'd say it's best to get a new led television as the led television probably just died due to age and use.

Led televisions don't last nearly as long as the old cathode ray tube Tv's of the old days.

You can possibly take your tv to an electronics place and have it repaired but the cost would be high for them to even look at it.

Led Tv's are so cheap today that it doesn't make sense to repair the old led television unless you do it yourself.
