LCD TV Won't Turn On

Question

I have an LCD TV that I've had for 5 years now. I shut it off last night and now it won't come back on?

I hate to throw it out and get a new one as it cost me $600.00.

Usually the problem is a bad capacitor. To be honest you're best off getting a new tv

Thanks. I might have a repair shop look at it and see if it's worth fixing. If not I'll splurge for another one.
