I use distilled water in my MyPurMist all the time and it's what's recommended to use besides the ultrapure sterile water refills.
I find that using distilled water in the MypurMist is much cheaper and works just as great instead of those more expensive Ultrapure Sterile water refills.
Just don't use water with additives that can damage the MyPurMist device.
