It depends on the states laws and what crime was committed during the accessory after the fact but most times unless it was murder then accessory after the fact will get you between 16 months to 3 years in prison.
If you were an accessory after the fact for murder then you may receive 5 to 25 years in prison depending on the states laws and if they can prove you guilty.
