My internet bill is $45.00 a month which I've been paying and have no trouble paying. But what happens if I pay say $5.00 more on the bill making it $50.00 per month?
Will they send it back to me?

If you pay more than you owe on your internet bill the ISP internet service provider will just credit the overpaid amount to your next bill and your next bill will be a little less.

They'll most likely just credit to your next bill. And that will make your next months internet bill a bit lower or nothing at all if it's for the full amount.
