There is a safe app for kids to make videos which include TeleStory, Powtoon and even LEGO Movie Maker.

InShot is also a good alterantive to CapCut and TikTok for kids.

TeleStory allows kids to star in their own creations and offers a fun and engaging movie making experience.

Powtoon is a user friendly platform for beginners to make it easy to record screen videos.

OpenShot is a free and open source video editing tool which is suitable for older kids that want to do video making and Happy Kids is an app that offers streaming videos, drawing, games and educational vlogs.

Some apps that can replace TikTok are Instagram, RedNote, Chingari and even YouTube shorts.

Currently TikTok is still available again in the United States but if it were to go away in the United States then YouTube shorts or even RedNote would likely be the most popular replacements.

Instagram has a reels feature which allows users to create and even edit videos up to 60 seconds long.

And YouTube Shorts which is also already really popular has an algorithm which helps it's users to find content quickly.

And it also allows the creators to monetize their content.

Snapchat is also another platform that allows users to create short form videos using it's Spotlight feature.

RedNote is considered by some people to be the top app to replace TikTok.

And Chingari is a short form video app which is similar to TikTOk and also focuses on lip syncing and dance styles.

Lemon8 is also a social media platform which is owned by ByteDance which is the parent company of TikTok.

Zigazoo is a TikTok style video sharing app for posting your short videos of students that are completing challenges.

An app called Neptune that is supposed to be released in the spring is a good alternative to TikTok.
