No the Romans did not have toilet paper like we do today and instead the Romans used a sponge on a stick to clean themselves after pooping.

Also the Romans were one of the first people in Civilization to have indoor plumbing and which was built to prevent parasites and health problems.

The Roman toilets used bath water to flush the toilets so they didn't have the running water to the toilets however they did have sewers to carry away the feces and
