HI all, bit of a weird one, but how do people feel about the wedding dress industry - is it thriving or just ticking along. I'm in two minds as to where to start up a second hand / preloved dress shop as firstly I love this industry & secondly I tried to sell my dress I wore ( it was amazing ) and find that everyone wants to try it on first, as I can totally appreciate so very difficult to sell online. I want others to experience the wonder of the dress, get it reused rather than stuck in box, and ultimately also save brides a bit of money on buying their dress as preloved.

Opinions welcome from all ..good & bad thanks

I believe there's a real demand for what you want to do, and it's a great way to give those beautiful dresses a second chance!

The wedding dress industry has its ups and downs, for sure. I get wanting to start a second-hand dress shop! I tried selling my own wedding dress online, and it was tough—everyone wanted to try it on first. Eventually, I let a friend borrow it, and she looked stunning! Seeing her in it made me realize how dresses can have a second life.

It’s so special to pass on a beautiful dress instead of letting it gather dust in a box. Plus, it’s a great way for brides to save some money.
