How often do you replace your tv with a new one?

Do you buy a new Television when new Tech comes out or do you wait until your current Television breaks on you?

I'm not into the latest and greatest and it's a good thing too because I cannot afford to upgrade to new TV's or electronics every time a new one comes out.

I keep my Television until it breaks which is usually around 5 or 6 years and then I replace it with a new one.

My Television gets replaced when they break which is usually ever 3 to 4 years depending on the brand and how much I use the Television.

I watch a lot of Television and even leave the Television on while I'm working in the house for background noise so I wear the Televisions out faster.

However 3 to 4 years is good enough of a lifespan of a Television for me and I say I got my money's worth out of it.
