The term Ambulance Chaser refers to lawyers who will show up at accident scenes or actually follow those Ambulances to the hospital to get business.
Not too many lawyers chase ambulances anymore but I've seen a few do it before.
Ambulance Chasers don't really start a chase with the ambulance but they do follow those ambulances to the hospital or show up at accident scenes.
