DSl internet doesn't usually slow down. It could be your computer actually slowing down or it could be your browser slowing down.
I hear that as a Modem ages though it could cause slower internet but not sure how true that is.
The only sure fire way of getting faster DSL speeds I know of is to call your DSL Internet Provider and purchase a higher Internet Speed.
